Late Fee and Policy
You will be charged $1/minute after 5 minutes.
No client will be accepted after 15 minutes of tardiness. Your deposit/retainer will NOT be returned.
Cancellation Policy:

Your deposit/payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you miss your appointment, your deposit is forfeited.

Should you have to cancel your appointment, you may reschedule your appointment earlier or within the next 30 days based on my availability. You must cancel at least 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment in order to reschedule.
